  Worked with Wallace today came in to pay a bill and he showed me other services that helped me be able to understand my devices. He sold me a tablet today for a good price and set everything up for me. Most of the time you can't get help other places, and I received wonderful service! I'm going to be attending a class Saturday here at the store to better learn to use my tablet and I couldn't be happier! Much better than any corporate store

  Outstanding Customer Service! My son and I visited and was helped by Chris Moore, Travis, and Wallace. I could not have been more pleased with the service we received. These young men were polite, knowledgeable, and made sure that we were taken care of in the most caring and genuine way. My son had read the reviews for the Verizon store closer to where we live and he insisted that we go to this location based on reviews instead. I am so glad that we did! They have my loyalty and business for life. There are many in the customer service field that could stand to learn a lot from these fine young men. Thank you Travis, Wallace, and most especially Chris, for your kindness and patience.
